Friendly, helpful staff and great base to explore from.

Great place to stay to kick off for the Ha Giang Loop. Thuan at reception was really helpful with sorting the bikes and making us feel at home. We booked 4 bikes and 2 easy riders, Ming and Ling, with Tien as back up – great team, they were brilliant! decided to stay at Lila on our return as well because it was so easy and nice people.

It’s a hostel not a 5 star but actually exceeded my expectations.

The boys that run it are SO wonderful! We arrived at 4am and they accommodated for us. Dong gave my partner and I a private tour of the Loop. His tour was informative, amusing and different to everyone else’s tour. Our bike keys got stolen but that didn’t get us down, we still saw some amazing landscapes and ate delicious food. The accommodation and loop was an excellent price and we will cherish the momentos for evvvverrrrr! Highly recommend staying here, bikes tour and breakfast sorted by the Inn. Perfect for starting and ending the Ha Giang Loop

Great spot. Easy to rent motorbike from. We didn’t do a guided tour or group ride of ha Giang and they were supportive in helping us sort it out. Breakfast was lovely too. If I were to do the loop again, I would 100% stay here.

This place is great. They were so accommodating to our specific needs – especially with us getting off the bus at 3:30 AM; they sent us a WhatsApp video on how to easily self check in at such a time. The room was very clean with a nice shower and comfortable bed. We rented very good motorbikes and they had all the protective gear. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience staying at LiLa Inn. Liam provided outstanding customer service, he was so helpful and communicative. He helped arrange our transport from Hanoi to Ha Giang and also helped arrange our transport to Cat Ba Island after our stay. My partner and I booked a full package easy rider motorbike tour with LiLa Inn for the Ha Giang Loop and had a wonderful time. We felt safe with our easy riders (Ninh & Tao) who took great care of us on the loop from start to finish. The staff at LiLa Inn were great, especially Kim, who made us feel like we were part of the family. We can’t thank Liam enough for all the help during our stay and we highly recommend staying at LiLa Inn for anyone considering doing the loop. On top of all that the room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Highly recommend to travellers doing the loop!

This was the perfect place to stay before starting our trip around the Ha Giang loop. We were able to rent our bikes through Lila which were both new and in great condition. The staff are super helpful and provide all the tips you need if you are planning on doing the loop without a tour guide. We booked a private room which was warm and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was nice.

We had an amazing stay at Lila Inn!! It’s been one of the best hostels we’ve stayed at and that’s largely down to the staff. Lan, Forrest, and everyone at Lila Inn went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and did whatever they could to help us. They are some of the nicest people around. We unfortunately lost our passports during the Ha Giang Loop and Lan helped us throughout it all and even sent them back to us in Hanoi once they were found!! We were so grateful for their help! The rooms were super comfortable too and you can rent bikes from them to do the loop. The bikes are new and in great condition. You can also organise transport to your next destination with them for a good price. Would 100% recommend staying at Lila Inn!

Our stay at Lila Inn was unbeatable!! Lan is the most amazing host we ever had, she was super friendly and kind with us. She made us vegetarian food, gave us delicious jackfruit for free and even offered us a bed to rest when we ended the Loop even we had no reservation. On top of that, she drove us to the bus station when the bus didn’t come to pick us up. The motorbike we rented was in excellent state and the whole experience was incredible. You definitely have to stay at Lila Inn during your visit to Ha Giang. The room itself was comfortable and clean, just as in the pictures :D. Thank you so much for everything.

The host (Lila) is a very kind person. We felt very welcomed at the homestay. She helped us organize everything for the Ha Giang Loop. We could rent two very new motorbikes and she gave us good suggestions for the Loop.

We stayed there the night before and after the Loop. Lila organized us tickets for the sleeping bus to Ha Long Bay.

The room is also very comfortable and quiet. If we come back to Ha Giang we would definitely choose Lila’s Homestay again!

The host is very nice and made our stay really good. There are motors and equipment for rent at the accommodation to do the Ha Giang loop and the host talked us through the route and all the highlights, stops and overnight stays. We wished we could stay more nights at your accommodation!

Such a pleasant stay!

For the price you are paying you get so much value! The staff helped us with a lot of instructions as we did the loop by ourselves. We rented motorbikes from here and left most of our luggage with them. Very convenient! The breakfast is small but filling. Thank you so much!
