Once your tour dates and details are confirmed, select how you’d like to experience the Ha Giang Loop. Choose between riding with an Easy Rider (guided motorbike tour), a Self-Ride Rental, or traveling by Car. Pricing will update based on your selection.

Once your itinerary is finalized, you'll need to secure your booking with a non-refundable deposit of VND1,000,000 (approximately USD 40) via PayPal. This trusted payment method allows you to safely complete the transaction using your credit card.

Important Tour Policies
Booking
- To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking your tour at least 4 days in advance. While we do accept last-minute bookings when available, booking ahead allows us to prepare and plan your tour more thoroughly, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
- Reservations can be made through the form on our website or by emailing us at lilainntours@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of 1,000,000 VND (~$40 USD plus a $2.13 PayPal fee) per person is required to secure your spot on the tour.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival at Lila Hostel in Ha Giang City before the tour begins.
Cancellations
- You must cancel at least 4 days before the tour start date to receive a refund of your deposit.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
- Reservations and fees are transferable if you find a replacement participant.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services such as accommodation, meals, or transport included in the tour.
Feedback and Requests
- Please communicate any requests or concerns during the tour so we can address them promptly.
Photo Release
- By booking, you consent to us taking photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
Children Policy
- Children aged 5-11 years: 80% of the adult fare.
- Children under 4 years: Free of charge (Any additional expenses during the tour are the responsibility of the parents).
Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government action, we may need to alter or cancel your tour. In these cases, you will only be charged for services you have used.
- We are not responsible for any claims or expenses arising from “Force Majeure” events, including weather conditions, civil unrest, strikes, or other unavoidable situations.
