Terms and conditions

By signing up to participate in our tours, you agree to be bound by our Tour Policies listed below.

Booking 

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking your tour at least 4 days in advance. While we do accept last-minute bookings when available, booking ahead allows us to prepare and plan your tour more thoroughly, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.

Bookings are recommended be made via the reservation form featured on our website or via email to the address lilainntours@gmail.com

Response will be forthcoming within 24 hrs.

Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of 1,000,000 VND via Paypal (~$41 USD plus a $2.13 PayPal transfer fee) per person is required to reserve your place on the tour. 

The remaining is due upon arrival at the Lila Hostel in Ha Giang City before the departure time.

Cancellations

You must cancel at least 4 days before the tour start time to receive the deposit refund. 

No refund will be provided for no-shows.  

Reservations and fees paid are transferable if you find a replacement.

No refunds or exchanges can be made for accommodation, meals, transport, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour member.

Feedback and Requests

During the tour, please promptly communicate any requests or concerns as they arise, rather than waiting until the tour ends, so we can assist you in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Photo Release

You consent to us taking photos and videos of you for use in brochures and publicity materials. Please notify us if you do not want us to use photographs of you.

Children Policy 

Child from 5 to 11 years old: 80% of adult fare

Child under 04 years old: Free of charge (Children’s expenses on the tour will be paid by their parents.

Force Majeure 

In the event of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), we may need to curtail, alter, extend, or cancel the tour. In such cases, you will only be charged for the time and services you have utilized on the tour.

We assume no responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses, or liability arising from “Force Majeure” causes.

“Force Majeure” includes natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or destruction of any vessel, craft, or vehicle used in connection with the holiday, damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, legislative or government action, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, fuel shortages, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the tour.
