We assist with bookings to ensure a smooth experience, but we are not responsible for the bus operators’ service quality. All bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking early for better seats and conditions.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are allowed based on timing: More than 48 hours before departure gets a full refund minus a 10% processing fee, 24-48 hours gets 50% refund, less than 24 hours or no-shows receive no refund. Contact us immediately to request. Thank you for your understanding!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers to our specified account, or cash payments at our office in Ha Giang. Full payment is required at booking, with prices in VND including all taxes and no hidden fees.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. The amount depends on cancellation timing (see policy), and we deduct any applicable fees. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
Can I change my booking date or route?
Yes, changes to date, route, or other details can be requested up to 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability. A 20% change fee applies, and we’ll confirm the new booking via email or WhatsApp.
What if the bus is delayed or canceled?
We assist by arranging alternatives where possible, such as rescheduling or partial refunds, but we’re not liable for operator-related issues like weather, traffic, or mechanical delays. Check updates via our contact channels.
Do I need to arrive early for pick-up?
Yes, arrive at least 30 minutes early at designated pick-up points (e.g., your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Sapa town center). Late arrivals may result in missing the bus, with no refund—confirm your exact pick-up time in the booking confirmation.
Is round-trip booking required?
