By signing up to participate in our tours, you agree to be bound by our Tour Policies listed below.
To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking your tour at least 4 days in advance. While we do accept last-minute bookings when available, booking ahead allows us to prepare and plan your tour more thoroughly, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
We recommend booking through our tour page for a convenient way to choose your tour type, accommodation type, and pay the deposit via PayPal or card.
A confirmation email will be provided within 24 hours. If you don’t receive any confirmation from us, it may be due to a system error. Please kindly send us an email or message us via WhatsApp at +84 968 321 715.
A deposit of 1,000,000 VND via PayPal/Visa Card/Mastercard (~$41 USD plus a $2.13 PayPal transfer fee) per person is required to reserve your place on the tour. This can be done at the final step in the booking form.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the Lila Hostel in Ha Giang City before the departure time.
For the deposit to secure your spot, you can pay via PayPal/Visa Card/Mastercard
For the remaining balance, we accept card payments and cash in Vietnamese Dong before the tour starts.
You must cancel at least 4 days before the tour start time to receive the deposit refund.
No refund will be provided for no-shows.
If you reschedule, your deposit and tour fee will be kept for your next trip.
Reservations and fees paid are transferable if you find a replacement.
No refunds or exchanges can be made for accommodation, meals, transport, or any other services included in the tour price but not utilized by the tour member.
During the tour, please promptly communicate any requests or concerns as they arise, rather than waiting until the tour ends, so we can assist you in a timely and satisfactory manner.
You consent to us taking photos and videos of you for use in brochures and publicity materials. Please notify us if you do not want us to use photographs of you.
Child from 5 to 11 years old: 80% of adult fare
Child under 04 years old: Free of charge (Children’s expenses on the tour will be paid by their parents.
In the event of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), we may need to curtail, alter, extend, or cancel the tour. In such cases, you will only be charged for the time and services you have utilized on the tour.
Lila Inn & Tours assumes no responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses, or liability arising from “Force Majeure” causes. We recommend that you have travel insurance before starting the tour to prepare for any unexpected situations that may arise during the trip.
“Force Majeure” includes natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or destruction of any vessel, craft, or vehicle used in connection with the trip, damage to accommodation, riots, acts of war, civil commotion, legislative or government action, strikes, industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown, fuel shortages, insolvency or default of any carrier or service connected with the tour.
